Become thoroughly familiar with all systems throughout the property.Respond to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience or discomfort.Make all necessary repairs to maintain the property’s operation.Perform tasks under the supervision of the Engineering Supervisor, Chief Engineer, Facilities Manager, and Director of Facilities.
Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
The Engineer is responsible for the effective overall operation of the Engineering Department in meeting the 24-hour demands of a successful Casino/Resort operation. The Engineer will respond to job assignments including, but not limited to, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of all mechanical equipment and related components as directed.
